Cancellation terms

The General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry apply. Please note that our cancellation terms are an integral part of every booking, which are automatically deemed to have been accepted when you accept the quotation.

• Up to 3 months prior to date of arrival:
  No cancellation fees
   

• 3 months to 1 month prior to date of arrival:
  40% of the full package price

​

• 1 month to 1 week prior to date of arrival:
  70% of the full package price

​

• In the final week prior to date of arrival:
  90% of the full package price

           

Cancellations one day before arrival, on the day of arrival, failures to arrive, late arrivals, and early departures will be charged in full.

Payment
We would like to inform you that we only accept cash payment at the Branntweinhäusl.

Parking

Free parking spaces in front of the building are available to our guests for the duration of their stay.

Pets

We like dogs, but we also like our furniture. We are sure that your dog is very well behaved. However, unfortunately it is difficult for us to verify this in advance, and therefore we ask for your understanding that you cannot bring your four-legged friend with you for your stay in the Branntweinhäusl.

Smoking

All rooms in the Branntweinhäusl are non-smoking rooms. We ask that you go out onto the balcony if you wish to smoke, where ashtrays are available.

Wi-Fi

Access to the Wi-Fi throughout the whole of the Branntweinhäusl is free of charge to our guests. The password will be made available to you in the apartment upon your arrival.

Laundry service

Do you have laundry that you need washed or ironed? For a fee, you can make use of our in-house washing machines.

Bicycles / skis

For the duration of their stay, guests can store their bicycles/skis in our lockable shed.
